Classroom
Each classroom is equipped with modern audiovisual aids to assist in teaching of various subjects.

Food and Beverage Production Lab
The college has a well equipped Food and Beverage production lab in which the students are trained to prepare various Indian and International dishes.

Training Restaurant
Students are given training in the service of Food and Beverage in the Training Restaurant to which a mock bar is attached. 

Housekeeping Lab
There is a well equipped Housekeeping lab attached to a model guest room in which students are trained in the maintenance and upkeep of hotel guest rooms.

Front Office
Here the students are trained to receive, register and assign rooms to the guest. They are also trained to attend telephones and guest complaints. The students get the opportunity to improve their communication skills. 

Library
The College offers a well stocked library for the students with books of Indian and Foreign authors for all the subjects. Journals and Magazines of general and professional interest are available in the library. 

Gymnasium & Swimming Pool
Well equipped Gymnasium and Swimming Pool facilities can be availed by the students. 

Training Facility
The college is attached to a 3star hotel Karavali Hotels Pvt Ltd and Hotel Swadesh Heritage. These are the leading hotels in Udupi, where VIP Guests, such as Union and State ministers, film stars and foreigners visit. Students are also given training in organizing conferences, marriage functions and food festivals.

EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
The college organises various competitions like cookery, bakery, flower arrangement etc. The college also organises food festivals to bring out and develop the talents of the students.

VACATION TRAINING
During the vacations, students are sent to the various leading hotels in India. This on- the-job training will help them in interacting with guests from India and abroad and they get first hand knowledge of 5 star hotel operations.
